The sauna is open from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm

If you wish to use the sauna outside these times, please let us know at least two hours in advance.

You must use towels when lying down or sitting on the benches in the sauna.

Please do not spend too long in the sauna, and do not go in and out immediately, as this may disturb other customers who are using the facilities.

The recommended duration is 10 minutes.

Once the session is over, it is recommended that you take a cold shower and rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

The maximum number of sessions recommended is three.
